Stockholders

The annual EPGC stockholder meeting and board of director elections will be held in February of 2009.  Active members may purchase a share of voting stock until that time for $25.  Contact the golf course for more information.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 October through April and at 7:00 from May through September.  Stockholders are welcome to attend.  Please contact Roger Walker,  if you wish to speak at the meeting.  You will then be added to the agenda.  Minutes are available to members a their request in the Pro Shop.
