The annual EPGC stockholder meeting and board of director elections were held on February 22nd at 6:30.  Three directors:  Paul Homan, Steve Wilson and Jim Bagnell were elected to three years terms. 

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 October through April and at 7:00 from May through September.  Stockholders are welcome to attend.  Please contact Chris Sharkey,  if you wish to speak at the meeting.  You will then be added to the agenda.  Minutes are available to stockholders via the link sent monthly or in the Pro Shop.
