INTRODUCTION

Welcome to El Paso Golf Club! Whether you are a long time member or just now considering joining our club, we wish to thank you for the opportunity of providing you with this information.

Since its inception in 1920, El Paso Golf Club has grown and matured into one of the friendliest, most efficient and well maintained facilities in the area.  El Paso Golf Club has long prided itself on its ability to provide a quality product for your enjoyment at an extremely reasonable price.  With the expansion to eighteen holes in 1991 and recent capital improvements to the clubhouse, the needs of our members and the golfing public are adequately fulfilled.

INITIATION FEE

A one-time initiation fee is charged on all new memberships (excluding Student and Associate) as long as you stay a member for consecutive years.  The current initiation fee is $300.00 and is non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIPS

Class A: All married men and women and/or heads of households of any age, including their children and step children, who are considered by the institution they attend to be full time students and are 23 years of age or under who reside at the same address, shall be considered Class A members and are entitled to all rights and privileges of the clubhouse and grounds provided that their annual membership dues are paid for the current year. $900.00/Year

Class AA:  All unmarried men or women who are past the age of 19 or have completed high school, but who are not attending college full time, shall have full privileges of the clubhouse and grounds for the price of a class A Membership.  They may extend these privileges to one guest for the year (the guest must be the same person for that entire membership year) without paying green fees providing their annual membership dues as prescribed by the board of directors is paid for the current year.  Only one of the parties will be considered a member.  The party not considered a member, but rather a guest, may only attend club functions and have use of the grounds when the member is present and participating in the same event or function with the guest.  $900.00/Year

Class AAA: All men and women who are not full time high school students and are not attending college full time shall have full privilege of the Club House and grounds after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors. $680.00/Year

Class B (Student): All unmarried men and women, who are 23 years of age or under and are considered by the institution they attend to be full time students and their parents are not members shall have the privileges of the clubhouse and grounds provided that their annual membership dues are paid for the current year. $225.00/Year

Class C: All high school students and under that are considered full time by their institution and are 19 years of age or under shall have the privileges of the clubhouse and grounds provided that their annual membership dues are paid for the current year. $175.00/Year

Class D: All domestic partnerships that have the same address shall have the privilege of the clubhouse and grounds for the price of a Class A membership. $900.00/Year

Class E (Associate): All men and women who are 19 years of age or older, shall have all rights and privileges as other members except for golfing privileges and cart shed rental privileges and shall be deemed associate members. Cart shed privileges may be extended on a temporary basis at the discretion of the Board of Directors for medical issues. Associate members may participate in all appropriate club functions upon payment of any fees attached there to and shall have the same golfing privileges as the general public.  Associate members shall have these privileges after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors. $150.00/Year

Class F: A class F member is a continuous and active member of a particular membership class in good standing as defined in Article II, Section 1, who has reached the age of 75 years. Upon reaching age 75, this member’s annual dues will be fixed at the same dollar amount as the member paid in the year they reach age 75.  If a class F member changes their membership classification at any time, the annual dues will be the current rate for that classification on the date of any change. If a new member joins who is already age 75, their annual dues will also be fixed at the then current dollar amount as it relates to annual dues for their membership classification. Class F members will not be exempt from paying any other fees or special assessments as determined by the board of directors from time to time. This membership classification must also comply with all other sections of Article II and the By-Laws of the Corporation.  For the purpose of clarification and compliance, a Class F member carries the same classification as they were upon reaching the age of 75 years.

WAITING LIST

Memberships are at capacity.  The El Paso Golf Club Board of Directors has established a waiting list.  To get on the waiting list a $300.00 non-refundable fee needs to be paid which will be applied towards the initiation fee when your membership is established.
